Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water (8–10 oz)
¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar (optional)
Juice of ½ fresh lemon (optional)
Instructions
Warm the filtered water until it’s comfortably warm, not hot.
Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
Mix in the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar if using.
Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
